Evan is a New York-based writer, director, producer and editor. His debut feature ROPE TIED, stars Dimiter D. Marinov (2019 Academy Award Best Picture THE GREENBOOK, APPLE TV's FOR ALL MANKIND). It was shot by Ed Talavera (Sue - Tracee Ellis Ross, HBO). 

Evan has worked with clients like Sixteen-Time Tony Award Winner Wendy Federman (Hamilton, Gypsy, Cabaret, Hadestown, SIX, Sunset Blvd.), Marilyn Monroe IP, Vincent Pastore (Sopranos), Joseph D’Onofrio (Goodfellas), and Manhattan law firms.
